The official congress language is English.
The dress code during the entire meeting is “smart casual”.
The most common wall sockets in Italy are the EU standard plug type C or F, but in some hotels you may also find type L with three round pins. An all-in-one adapter that works all around the world would be suitable for all Italian wall socket types.
The electricity network operates at 230 Volts. If the standard voltage in your country is in the range of 100 V - 127 V (as is in the US, Canada and most South American countries), you need a voltage converter and/or a combined power plug adapter/voltage converter.
Wireless internet is available at no charge throughout the congress venue.
Delegates are advised to arrange adequate travel, health and other insurance before they leave their home country. The Organising Committee and the Conference organisers will not be liable and will not compensate for any damage incurred to participants during the meeting.
Mobile phones must be switched off or set to silent, non-vibrate mode when delegates are in the meeting rooms.
Photographing and filming
Filming of lectures and participants is not allowed without prior consent. When taking pictures, please bear the privacy of other delegates in mind.
The organisers reserve the right to adjust or change the programme as necessary.
