9th EfCCNa Congress Registration opens July 15

Critical Care Nurses from Europe and abroad: you are invited to register for the 9th EfCCNa Congress in Utrecht, The Netherlands.

Online registration is open from July 15. Make sure to get the early registration fee.

We from EfCCNa are looking forward meeting in hopefully person next March in Utrecht.

Call for Abstracts

EfCCNa welcomes the submission of abstracts for presentation during the EfCCNa 2022 Congress.
You are invited to actively participate in the Congress by presenting your abstract in one of the parallel sessions or as a poster.
You will then also be eligible to the EfCCNa Awards for Best Abstract and Best Poster.

Abstract submission will open on 15 July 2021. 
Before entering the abstract submission system please carefully read the guidelines mentioned on the congress page

EfCCNa also welcomes proposals for workshops. These are interactive presentations on clinical aspects of care, educational topics, simulations of clinical settings or demonstrations of tools or devices. Also debate sessions on controversial topics are open for submission.

 

Critical Care Recovery

Critical Care Recovery’ is a new website to support patients and families in and after Critical Care. Researchers, patients, family members, health care staff and website developers have come together to create this website. It is based on over 120 interviews with former Intensive Care patients and family members at different stages of recovery (www.criticalcarerecovery.com). It has been developed to offer information, advice and support on recovery after critical care.

EfCCNa Research Grant Holder 2019

Dr. Matteo Danielis from Udine, Italy is awarded with the EfCCNa Research Grant for 2019.

Title of his investigation is Family Engagement in Intensive Care Environments (FENICE)

The aim of this research project was to assess the effects of a family engagement program on family members’ satisfaction and on patients’ well-being and quality of life.
