Exhibition Manual

The Exhibition Manual contains important information for exhibitors, such as:

  • important deadlines
  • build-up and break-down schedule, show hours
  • shipments, deliveries, freight forwarding
  • copy to be submitted for the Congress app
  • venue rules and regulations
  • and many more important details

The Exhibition Manual will be sent automatically to confirmed exhibitors.

Freight Forwarder

Exhibitors should arrange their own shipments / freight of exhibition materials to and from the Congress Centre through Expotrans, who will deliver the materials at the start of the build-up day (Wednesday). Until then the materials will be stored in their warehouse.

Delivery before the set-up day is NOT possible. The conference centre does not accept any shipments delivered directly to the venue outside the event days.

Customs clearance

Neither the Congress Centre nor the Organisers can offer customs clearance. 

If needed, this service can be requested from Expotrans from 25 January - 12 February,

EfCCNa shipping label

The use of the EfCCNa shipping labels on EACH package/box is mandatory. Download the label

Extra orders

Exhibition space includes:

  • Exhibit space as contracted
  • Electrical connection including 1 multi-plug socket
  • Electrical consumption up to up to max. 3 kW is included
  • 1 table measuring 150 x 75 x 73 (l x w x h)
  • 2 chairs
  • 1 waste paper basket
