By air
Bologna International Airport services +100 flight connections. From there the Marconi Express – Electric monorail takes you to Bologna's central station within 7 minutes.
A taxi from the airport to the Congress venue takes about 10-15 minutes.

By train
From Florence:
- From the airport, take the direct tram to the main train starion Santa Maria Novella - departure every 10 minutes, travel time 20 minutes, € 1,50 (August 2023)
- From Santa Maria Novella a high-speed train takes you to Bologna in 30 minutes.

To the Congress venue from Bologna airport or train station
From Bologna airport the Marconi Express – Electric monorail takes you to the central railway station within 7 minutes.
From there, 4 bus lines (28, 35, 38 and 39) connect directly to the Bologna Congress Centre in 5-15 minutes with a 5 to 7 minutes frequency.
A taxi from the airport to the congress venue will take about 10-15 minutes.
Four bus lines (28, 35, 38 and 39) connect directly the city center and the high-speed railway station to the event venue in 5-15 minutes with a 5 to 7 minutes frequency.
